What comes to mind when I say "Park N' Swap" or also known as Swap Meet"? Yes, can be pretty well known for a diverse selection of commodities from slightly used clothing(yard sale bargains just the same), soaps, lotions, bikes, tools to fruits & vegetables. If you play your cards right, you can grab great deals because you can haggle on prices and sometimes the deal is so good you don't have to. Swap meets have a special place in my heart. Why, because that is where I spent most of my weekends with my grandfather while he was a vendor. I guess you can say I learned from the best on finding deals from him. The sound of aluminum poles making their clingy sounds of set up to sounds of people wheeling and dealing just brings me back to my roots.
I like this 40th street location because its the same loaction my grandfather went to and I am pretty familiar with. Another reason I love it, one vendor in particular, her name is Nallely. She has bargains on BCBG, nike, Ann Taylor, MK to Burberry and more. Deals starting at $1 and up. Not overwhelming on her prices for a slightly used MK Leather Purse. She's like EBay without the S&H or bidding. I went a few weeks ago and got a RL like new blouse for $2....WOW, Ah-maaaazing!!!! She's located on the SW side of facility aisle AB.
